Our web site contains a password protected log in section. An individually
pre-assigned user ID and password automatically routes users to the engagement
for which they have permission to enter. In an engagement, users find the
following:
- sorted groupings of files and documents that they can either download or view
on the web, depending on the permissions assigned,
- a downloadable version of our tool management program EnvisagePro™, if they
have been granted rights to use it.
A client can select individuals to be given rights to upload documents and
files from their own computers. This provides the opportunity for our clients
to use our web site for information sharing both during and following an
assignment of our services. We also provide a unique feature whereby our web
site notifies all users, assigned to an engagement, that a new document or file
has been made available.
