ProjectPro™ - Client Project Management Process Development

Distinctive and consistent project performance is a goal of many companies. He has taken this experience and created a methodology called ProjectPro™ - a development process that incorporates the best practices of Lean Management and Project Management together with the client’s systems and expertise. Companies using their own processes developed through this program have achieved a 25% to 30% performance improvement in the first year.
 
ProjectPro™, a unique service of World Class Projects, delivers a client owned project management process through recognizing the unique cultures, expertise and experiences of the client company and their traditional suppliers. A diagnosis of current status is the starting point. Detailed steps in the program are then tailored to the client’s specific needs and situation including:
- agree the development plan with the client,
- implement the plan through proprietary workshops, group sessions and documentation,
- develop and implement a roll out program to the organization,
- monitor progress with the client and jointly adapt / improve the program
- provide training and web enabled tools as appropriate.
 
This program is undertaken at the client’s location by an experienced consultant. It is an interactive program that ensures the client’s personnel have ownership in the developed process and a willingness to seek performance improvements. It can be undertaken at any time, however many clients have chosen to do it in combination with a specific project to provide practice and implementation.
