Acting COO FSU Manufacturing. John de Wardt successfully completes 3 month role as Acting COO in FSU manufacturing facility where he simultaneously managed plant refurbishment, workforce growth while building new product. Customers compliment that this is the best oilfield manufacturing facility they have seen.
New Pole Position™ Events A new methodology for applying Lean Manufacturing whereby John de Wardt takes an active role in implementation for faster and firmer results. Includes improvement of all manufacturing support processes from engineering through materials management.
Facility Flow. DE WARDT AND COMPANY continues to facilitate facility redesigns that create significant throughput improvement using Facility Flow techniques.
John de Wardt re-appointed to the Program Committee for SPE / IADC Drilling Conference to be held in Amsterdam in 2009.
