They indicate where your organization is strong or weak leading to opportunities for improvement.
How do I take a diagnostic test?
Click on the icon on the home page or select the drop down on the “diagnostics tab”. Provide your e-mail address in order to receive the results and commence the test.
How can I subscribe to the Newsletters?
Select “subscribe to newsletter” on the “web site” tab, complete the pertinent details and submit the application form.
What is the difference between downloads and download application software?
Downloads are files you can select and download to your computer. Download application software is a program that runs on your computer to manage the update of project and team tools.
Why can't I get into my program?
MY Program is a secure area for sharing documents with client teams. It requires a user ID and password to enter (both of which are case sensitive).
Why isn't my project on my “My Program” page?
All projects to which you are assigned appear on your “My Program” page, contact the administrator if your project does not appear.

Some documents are set to be viewed on the web only, these cannot be opened.
Is your project performance process applicable to non-oilfield projects?
Yes, the process is designed to improve any industrial type of project.

Yes, definitely. These techniques enable any business to improve the speed and quality of the product or service it delivers.
Are scenario plans simply a high and low outlook on future pricing of the market I am in?
No, this is a common misconception. Scenario planning describes future stories that are mutually independent and often have unrelated themes
In which areas of the world do you provide services?
We provide services throughout the world, in all countries we are able to visit.
Are you willing to work on a pay-for-performance basis?
Yes, unlike many other consulting companies, we are very interested to implement payment schemes that align our success to our client’s success.
How long in advance of spudding a well do you recommend to begin the detailed operational planning process?
For exploration wells, we recommend 6 months. For development wells, 3 months is usually sufficient.
What is best-in-class performance in drilling operations?
Worldwide data show that best in class usually is 20 days per 10,000ft of drilling (including the time for the first log); world class is at most 10 days per 10,000ft.
Are you the “de Wardt” who created the well-known borehole survey error model?
Yes, Chris Wolff and I worked jointly on this and published the seminal paper in 1978.
